Nue Coast Khu Khot Station Project : Owned and operated by Khu Khot Station Alliance 3 Company Limited. Head Office is located at Address: No.1035 NOBLE Building, Ploenchit Road., Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330. Project Location: Land title deed No.200915 Khu Khot, Lam Luk Ka, Pathumthani. Project’s land area: Approximately 7-2-74.4 Rais. Currently, The Project has obtained an approval for the environmental impact assessment report and is in the process of request asking a partial change of information. Construction permission is in process. Construction is expected to be started in June 2025 and to be completed in December 2026. Remark: The Company would like to notify all the Buyers in advance that, in the future, the Company may transfer all of the lands, licenses, assets and all rights and obligations of the Company in relation to the Nue Coast Khu Khot Station Condominium Project, including but not limited to the transfer of rights and obligations under the Agreements for Sale and Purchase of Condominium and/or Reservation Agreements of Condominium, which the Company entered into with all the Buyers of the Nue Coast Khu Khot Station Condominium Project to other juristic person (s) in order that the other juristic person (s) further operate this Project in replacement of the Company.
