The land is subjected to encumbrances with a financial institution. The project comprises of 4 residential buildings, each building is 8 storey -s high, totaling 692 residential units. There are 1 unit of juristic person office and a waste storage building. The project has received the approval for the Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) Report No. Tor Sor 1009.5/11437, and the construction permit has been approved (Condominium Construction Permit No. 2/2568).The Construction commenced on 1 November 2025, and is expected to be completed by April 2027.
