Currently, the land is subjected to encumbrances with the financial institution. The Project has obtained the approval for Environment Impact Assessment subjected to Enhancement and Conservation of National Environmental Law around April 2027 and is in the process of preparing to submit application for the construction permission. Approximately, the construction will start and is anticipated to be completed around December 2030. The registration of the condominium will be proceeded once the construction is completed. The purchaser must fully pay any payments under Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Condominium including common property expense, sinking fund and tax stipulated by the project owner or in accordance with the regulation of the Condominium Juristic Person.
