Land title deed no. 4530, land no. 77, survey no. 1227, located at Lumpini subdistrict, Pathumwan district, Bangkok, approximately area 3-1-32.9 Rai. The project has been mortgaged to UOB (Thai) PLC. The project obtained the Notice of Building Construction, Modification or Demolish under section 39 ter. Construction is expected to start in August 2024 and expected to complete in November 2027. Condominium will be registered upon the completion of construction and the registration of condominium and condominium juristic person. The purchaser has to pay the common fee as described by the condominium regulations.
